We started Brined in the summer of 2019 as a pilot project. Our goal was straightforward - to create the world’s best pickles. We knew that to make the best pickles, we needed the best ingredients - locally grown organic cucumbers, pure water, and the finest wildcrafted spices we could get our hands on, and that’s it - no preservatives, no compromises, and no shortcuts.
In our first season we worked with a select number of local retailers, and our products sold out almost immediately. This year we have increased our production capacity, and are looking for new retail partners. We currently offer three SKUs of organic, lacto-fermented pickles in 1L formats:
